Personalized early intervention services delivered in your child’s natural environment
About Me
With over 10 years of experience in special education, I’ve had the privilege of working in public schools, private schools, and in-home settings, always advocating for inclusion and celebrating the strengths of every child. My passion has always been ensuring that children—regardless of ability—can thrive in environments where they feel supported, valued, and understood.
Most recently, I led the inclusion program at Google’s Children’s Centers, supporting children from birth to age 5 across four schools. In this role, I partnered with educators and families to create equitable access to learning and development. Although the centers closed in 2024, my commitment to fostering growth for children and families continues to guide my work. I now focus on providing individualized early intervention services directly in the home.
In my practice, I integrate learning opportunities into each family’s daily routines, making it easier for children to generalize skills in the places they know best. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), which blend developmental and behavioral strategies through play and parent coaching. This allows me to target key developmental areas—communication, social-emotional skills, motor development, and cognition—while empowering families with strategies they can use in real time.
My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized support that aligns with your child’s IFSP goals and your family’s values. Together, we’ll create a responsive, inclusive, and nurturing path that helps your child achieve meaningful growth and reach their fullest potential.
My Approach
I provide individualized, one-on-one early intervention services in a child’s natural environment, most often in their home. My work is rooted in family-centered, evidence-based practices that weave learning opportunities into everyday routines. This makes it easier for children to build and generalize skills across the places where they live, play, and grow. By working closely with caregivers, I offer strategies they can use in real time, empowering families to support their child’s development in the context of familiar, daily experiences.
In my practice, I prioritize inclusion, developmental appropriateness, and a strengths-based approach that is responsive to each family’s culture and values. My interventions are grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), which blend developmental and behavioral strategies through play-based learning and parent coaching. These methods support growth in areas such as communication, social-emotional development, motor skills, and cognition.
Above all, I believe early intervention is most effective when it is a true partnership—one that honors each child’s unique journey and nurtures growth in a responsive and empowering environment.
